Bliss Animal Haven is a licensed, non-profit 501(c)(3) pet rescue organization. All of our rescue pets come from local high-kill animal control shelters. All of our rescue pets are spayed/neutered, tested, and given all vaccinations prior to adoption.

Ouiser is a beautiful girl who must have experienced abuse, as she is pretty fearful. She enjoys the company of other dogs very much and once she bonds with you, she will follow you around the house and enjoy snuggling with you. She just needs a chance to be loved and protected and learn that people will never harm her again. She is making progress in her foster home and is looking for someone to adopt her!
